2022 – The year of the Water Tiger

Water: The present year is a Water element year, where the sense of passion, urgency, and boldness can bring you benefits. Also, the water element is greatly connected with emotions and flow in our energetic bodies.

Tiger: Tiger years such as 2022 are about “going big or going home”. This is different from 2021’s year of the Metal Ox, which was about “steady progress, pragmatism, and hard work”. Water Tiger of 2022 implies caution, growth, development, challenge, creation, and planning.

“Water Tiger” year occurs every 60 years.

With this energetic opening for us all, we want to offer the opportunity to bring awareness and focus to yourself, and at the same time set yourself up for starting 2022 with clarity and balance.

Meditation with Intention

At first, you will get guided meditation practices. During the meditations, live alternative sound instruments will play and give inspiration. The meditations will give you clarity, guidance and help you to set a deep intention for the year to come.

Sound with Integration

Afterwards, you can get to rest and integrate with sound healing and Gong Bath. Sound affects us on so many different levels, from the cellular function to the tissues, hormones, brain waves and the flow of energy in our body. Sound does not only work within the body, but also on the aura, the bioelectrical field around the body.

We believe that when you get to combine meditation (setting the intention) with sound healing (integrating the waves), that you have a unique possibility of starting a powerful year for yourself.

About your hosts

Aiste Venskune will bring the vibrations through her Gongs and Singing Bowls and will play for the entire session. Aiste is psychologist, sound therapist, energy healer and really curious, open-minded being. Today Aiste holds Vita de Lux www.vitadelux.dk

Mads Lundgård will guide the meditations and as well facilitate us. Mads is a creator of spiritual events and healing experiences. Today Mads holds Uni Mani (Universal Manifestation) www.uni-mani.dk
